The take was easy for me...but the double was a little complicated.  It is a double because you simply lose your market if you hit and don't get hit back immediately.  But what's the downside?  What if white doubles and doesn't even come in off the bar?  Red does not have a redouble...so that tells us that White has reasonable, continuing threats, and that, combined with the market losers, possible gammons, and on-going threats, makes this a good, solid double.  (By the way, if you missed it, you're in good company.)
