As you can see from the ExtremeGammon rollout below, this is not a double and it is an easy take. 

I doubled and my opponent dropped.  When I doubled, I was pretty sure it wasn't a double.  And I was pretty sure he would drop.

You see, my opponent committed a cardinal sin:  he had just rolled a double 3 and danced on my 2 point board, and he was so upset that I just whipped the cube over and he dropped without giving it a thought. 

If he had taken, yes, I would be sorry, and I've done this before and it has backfired, but Woolsey's Law is very clear...even if you're not quite sure it's a cube, at least there's a chance your opponent might make an even bigger mistake and drop.
